How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of DEAS (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It's hard to find calf boots that fit my legs so well! Because I have skinny calves, it's hard to get a good fit with online boots, but these fit my calves perfectly,they're not too stretchy, but they're not hard to get on and off!

These are fantastic boots - My friends and I all got matching pairs and I was skeptical if they would fit, but they are VERY stretchy and fit a variety of calf sizes comfortably - not too floppy on more petite legs. The heel is very comfy and not too hig for me, but if you need arch support you'll have to add an insert yourself. Definitely recommend!
This beautiful, and comfortable! I feel that even being tall they are obviously comfortable already after hours of standing because you get tired but normal, if it has a little strong latex smell but it is not unbearable, and if it has a good platform, I am 24 but my feet are thin so I asked for the 6,5 and they were perfect!! Soon I will buy the short ones <3 I arrive earlier than expected

First of all, buying shoes online is always a bit a gamble because you never truly know how well they will fit, if they will be too tight, too wide, true to size etc.I read a lot of reviews before buying these lovely boots and they really helped. So here are my take always for you:I am 5’5”, 130 lbs, size 10 shoe, my feet are not necessarily too wide, but when available, I prefer the “wide” option for the width.These boots are TRUE TO SIZE. They are extremely accommodating and my toes do not feel crammed.They stay up nicely without me having to pull them up as I am walking or dancing. The material is vey nice as well. Soft, stretchy.
These shoes are divine, my calves are big and still fit well, they fit my thighs and are beautifulSuper fast shipping!

Buy your true size when picking out the shoe size it will be exact!I am 8.5 but got 9 due to I was worried that the width of the boots would be narrower and I kind of wish I had gotten 8.5 nonetheless I sometimes do wear 9 anyway lol so no biggie a tiny tiny bit of more space won’t hurt.The lining of the shoes is soft and comfortable!
These boots are great and looks just like the picture described.They fit perfectly! There's also a small zipper halfway down the side that makes them easy to get into. If your hesitant on ordering please JUST DO IT!!
Explosive looking! At first I was a little worried that the shoes wouldn't suit me too well as this was the first time I had tried this style. A successful attempt! The calf area fit well and the shoe was able to wrap tightly around my calf, but I have thin thighs so it was slightly bigger at the thigh but acceptable. My boyfriend said it was sexy, so I decided to keep it.
nice!!!the shoes look better than I expected! I previously bought a pair of the same boots from another shop and after wearing them a few times they were taken by my friend. I then purchased another pair here as they were a little cheaper than the previous pair. When I received the goods I found that there was a slight difference between the two pairs, the previous pair was matte and this pair was like between matte and patent leather, similar to oiled leather? I don't know about the fabric, but it's really nice! The fabric is stretchy, the previous pair was a little too big for me, but these fit perfectly! I'm 5'4'' and weigh 115pound
These boots are great. They stay up, and don't roll down（I often wear high heels）I wore them when I went out to participate in activities. They have been used for a period of time. The shoes are in good condition now!
Ahhh I loved super, Now I do have the full Barbie outfit. I think the size is good, although I am 3.5 and they are not very fair for me, they are in 3mx, they are very comfortable; They are not as easy to walk as the blank model, since the roses are a little taller. I love to buy in this shop, because they send super fast to Mexico and the communication with the store is 10/10, they are already my 3rd booties from this store.

I had been searching for some thigh high boots.The boots fit perfectly and I can't wait to wear them to the concert on my anniversary.
The fabric stretches easily without looking floppy or, on the flip side, cutting off circulation.I absolutely love these boots with dresses & skirts, you can wear them with more form fitting pants, too. They don't slide down, ankle support is great, they're comfortable, & easy to walk in. Also, since they're over the knee, they're really warm & you don't always need tights or hose- Even in the winter. I always get compliments when I wear these boots. In my opinion, every girl should own a pair of over the knee boots. :)
I bought these boots as part of Halloween costume, but when I took them out of the package I started thinking about my outfits I can wear them with. They definitely have a great look to them for a night out. I think for the price you pay it’s a great look. Sure, it’s no luxurious, quality leather, but it doesn’t look poor quality and are beautiful boots that grab attention.It was a snug fit that was comfortable and overall felt support in the shoe. Lastly, it arrived when they said it would arrive. Super glad I purchased. It’s a great buy.
I opened the package with trepidation as I had an important appointment in a few days and my outfit needed to match these shoes and I didn't have time to be able to prepare another pair if they didn't fit. Luckily, these shoes fit me super well and look great. They are a very pretty rose colour, a bit of a peachy colour when outdoors, and they look great with my heart bag and black dress. I'm not too fat, so these shoes are just right!
